August 22, 2009 journal, the mighty Chase Manhattan J.P. Morgan BankOne monopoly. This is Mystery Babylon Rockefeller Enterprises economic and political towers of Babel. The Mexican war on Mexico backed by the Chase Manhattan Bank NY in time gone by. I feel every day that I am just beginning. I do not live in a complementing atmosphere, it is so rare that I hear any good things for real. Luke was here from the Nigerian Bible College yesterday and the tabernacle is still not finished. I had very little time with him alone but he seemed to indicate to me that he is subject to the ph church boss overseer of West Africa. I only thought this morning I should give him a copy of my art books to show his 300 Bible students. He was here for general conference and for a month of fund raising. I asked him what language they teach in and he said English. Needless to say this e-mail has made my day. Our 17 year old water heater gave out yesterday morning and it took all day getting it replaced as we were pouring a walkway extension with concrete and all the things going on crowds out my painting art. In 17 years the price of water heaters has doubled to $850. while Ream makes them now in Mexico. I feel very strongly now that this nation will be in shock before the end of this year and the banking system will be turned upside down with chaos in the streets. we have become so filthy dirty rotten especially on television until it is a disgrace to watch. every minute you hear about the homosexuals as if they were the greatest of all and every 10 seconds a commercial about sexual disorders and pharmaceuticals to cure it. I am ready to hatchet the TV and maybe hopefully move out of the country. I am fighting a battle for myself and tens of thousands of others caught in the credit card dilemma at 32% interest and penalty charges going and coming. Chase Bank purchased or was given Washington Mutual Bank wherein I had 2 credit cards and I am contesting them and learning a lot about how to free the public from their claus. they have now turned it over to the most brutal collection agency in the world part of the Zionist movement, Frederick J. Hanna and Associates of Marietta Georgia with Rosy calling me to torture me. Hanna is an attorney but only collects for BankAmerica and Chase buying their delinquent accounts for pennies and collecting the gross amount charged. The state of Georgia is now trying to put them out of business. New York State yesterday came down on ruthless collectors. Hanna collects money from people who owe nothing and he drafts their bank accounts. Because he is a lawyer he tells the Georgia attorney general that he is not subject to his rulings or the law, only to the bar association. Read about him on the Internet. This is part of the Mystery Babylonian system holding us in bonds over artificial money By-Charles, Flower Mound, Texas "July 31, 2009 Chase Bank made an illegal withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of $407.71. It was designated as Misc. Debit - Withdrawal to Another Account. I did not find out until August 7, one week later when I received a letter from Chase informing that I had 3 insuffcient fund items. Those 3 items were paid but the acct was now overdrawn $256.33. By that time I had 2 more debits. I had been a customer of Washington Mutual for a number of years and Chase has recently acquired the assets of WAMU. My account automatically transfered to Chase. When I went to a local Chase Bank, the branch manager waived the bank fees so that the acct was overdrawn only $122 . The $407.71 was a collection from a 2005 BancOne account that the branch manager said was Perfectly Legal since Chase had bought BancOne's assets and debts. I am still searching my home office area for the 2005 records from BancOne. Legal Stealing??? Surely, J.P. Morgan/Chase has stepped way over the line. So, do I just go to another bank and open a new acct? Or do I maintain my only bank account at Chase and hope and wait for restitution thru a class action law suit. Now it is my understanding that to gain access to an account one must have the Pin number for the debit card, or the user name and password for the online acct access. Were my pin number, username and password STOLEN? It seems perfectly clear that an Organized Crime occured. We can only hope that J.P. Morgan/Chase is held accountable and that wrong-doers are dealt with by the governing bodies and law enforcement branches." State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo July 29th 09 Daily News by Greg B. Smith. today asked a judge to void 100,000 faulty default judgments overzealous debt collectors used to freeze bank accounts across New York . The unprecedented move is part of Cuomo's ongoing investigation into illegal tactics of debt collectors that include repeat phone calls, posing as law enforcement and threatening immigrants with deportation. In a lawsuit filed in Buffalo, Cuomo sued 35 law firms and two debt collectors to overturn thousands of default judgments, including 24,976 in New York City . Cuomo is investigating a wave of complaints about companies that intimidate people who've already paid their debts or didn't owe in the first place with harassing phone calls and mailings. He's issued subpoenaes to 20 companies seeking documents. Now he's set to target one of their most powerful weapons - the default judgment. Collectors get courts to freeze a debtor's bank accounts through default judgments. In many cases, the victims don't even know they've been targeted until they try to pay bills and don't have access to their money. These judgments harm a person's credit and can require a target - including one who owes nothing -- to hire a lawyer to clear up the mess. The target must be properly served with notice of the judgment. Cuomo has already brought criminal charges against one Long Island -based process server, American Legal Process. Today Cuomo targetted the law firms that relied on ALP, including New York City law firms such as Eltman, Eltman & Cooper; Stephen Elnstein & Associates; Jones Jones Larkin O'Connell
